Bizcochitos A real New Mexican Tradition - recipe

The Bobcat Inn Happy Holidays! The inn is all decorated for Christmas and it is a cold snowy day. It would be a great day to make bizcochitos,a wonderful New Mexican cookie dating back from territorial days. I am including the recipe if any of you want to make them. It is one of the only recipes I use lard in and it does make a difference. Our cookbooks make great Christmas presents as well as gift certificates to the inn. You can buy a gift certificate online through our reservation system and you can print it off. We still have availability for Christmas and New years so don't wait to make your reservation.
