A Santa Fe Culinary Event: Wine and Chile Fiesta
It's not too late to plan a New Mexico getaway for the annual Santa Fe Wine &; Chile Fiesta, during the weekend of September 26-30, 2012. This annual event brings together the area's best culinary treats and wines from all over the United States, proving that Santa Fe is a force in the culinary world. Our bed and breakfast is the perfect 'home base' during this incredible food and wine celebration, letting you leave the daily excitement to relax with the beauty and solitude of our inn, just 15 minutes from the Fiesta locations!
While the list is always being tweaked, at the time of this writing, a total of over 150 wineries and 75 area and regional restaurants will be represented throughout the Fiesta at a number of different programs, including wine seminars, cooking demos, guest chef luncheons, guest chef tours, The Grand Tasting, and Reserve Tasting. Wine dinners will also be offered, with a wine-pairing menu at each.
While the Fiesta boasts a full daily schedule, there are three specific happenings that will interest most attendees:
Events are sold individually and can be purchased online. It is up to you to make sure that none of your chosen events overlap. Please note that tickets are not refundable. Having said that, please also know that tickets to the most popular events are selling out quickly! Tickets to sold-out events will be posted at the Fiesta's bulletin board, so you may still have a chance to attend any that are already sold out.
Be advised that NO ONE under 21 will be admitted to any Fiesta program or event. Other information about the Fiesta and locations can be found online.
Each morning, we promise you a delicious breakfast to prepare you for the Fiesta events. And with the downtown excitement, you will be glad to return to our welcoming hacienda for tea and cookies in the great room, and a restful sleep each night. So reserve your favorite room now at our inn in the southeast foothills for this landmark Santa Fe celebration!
Please note that there is a 3-night minimum stay during this festival.

Nice, this festival looks to be quite the shindig. The large amount of wineries present paired with local restaurants is pretty impressive. The cooking demos would be a great chance to learn form some very reputable chefs. Thanks for the suggestion; real nice event.
